Light-hearted and highlighting friendship and acceptance, this show will target kids aged 6-12, as well as be a show the whole family can enjoy. It focuses on a society of colorful musical creatures called the Giocoso and emphasizes the theme: “what makes you different is what makes you special.”

Investment units are now available in This Whole World LLC that will fund the next stages of the project’s development, including acquiring the script, securing the musical rights, and pitching the project to prospective industry partners. There is a minimum purchase of 1 Unit for $200,000 (in most cases), and investors are to be paid 100% of the LLC’s distributable cash until they receive 125% of their originally invested capital; then creative deferments, if any, are paid. After payment of deferments, if any, the LLC’s distributable cash will be shared on a 50/50 basis between the Manager and LLC members (pro rata amongst them) for 10 years.
This is a mini-maxi offering with a minimum of $400,000 and a maximum of $1,000,000 to be raised from accredited investors only.
