Refund Policy

Fees paid are not refundable except in the circumstances set out in below and provided that a request in writing for such refund is received by Winvest Global. Any refund of fees or part thereof is subject to the follow:

Cancellation 14 days before courses and/or training start

Any such refund must be noticed to Winvest Global within 3 working days up receiving the registration confirmation. Winvest Global shall not entertain any further dispute after 3 working days from the received date.

Refund payments are made only to the original payers with agree that WinX will either (i) issue a Refund Point; or (ii) where the purchase was made using a credit card, credit the refund to the same credit card. We may require you to provide additional information prior to processing any refund.

The purchaser/ payers is required to submit a refund request by sending an e-mail to [email protected] to processing any refund.

A Refund Point is (i) not legal tender; (ii) not considered electronic money; (iii) not transferable; and (iv) subject to WinX terms and conditions.

There is estimated of 7 to 14 working days for the refund process, and refund amount will be shown on your WXP Wallet, Credit Card statement or a copy of bank slip will be forwarded to you.
